Training & eLearning

Strength for Life training gives you the skills and confidence to deliver safe, engaging, and rewarding sessions for older adults.

As a Strength for Life instructor, you will join a growing network of Exercise Physiologists, Physiotherapists and fitness professionals who enjoy working with older people to improve their strength and balance and overall well being.

Explore the training options below to find the program that matches your qualifications and goals. After completing training, you’ll be accredited and equipped with the skills and tools to deliver safe, engaging, and rewarding sessions.

Strength for Life programs may only be delivered by accredited instructors in a Strength for Life licensed site. Following accreditation, you can deliver your Strength for Life program either:
1. On behalf of a licensed provider, or
2. As a provider-instructor (Sole Trader) with a current licence.
Whichever pathway you choose, you will have access to the Strength for Life Partner Portal, which includes resources and tools to help you build and grow successful classes.
