Training sessions are always enjoyable, even when I think I can’t push any more, Chris’s motivation is a great help. Chris is always willing to help out with any strength and nutrition questions that I have, making sure that they are targeted to my current training goals. Even when I need some rehabilitation work, Chris is able to provide guidance to get me back on track faster. I feel a lot healthier, with a lot more energy. I’m stronger than ever.
